If you've tried Pilates before you'll know how great it feels to improve your core, strength, flexibility and balance. If you've never tried Pilates then you might be here because you've realised you need to work on these crucial areas. 

So why 'Iron' Pilates? Traditional matwork Pilates uses body weight, rubber bands and fitness circles to add resistance to the exercises. We do too, but with an added challenge - dumbells. All our exercises will improve core strength and you'll learn new moves you wouldn't get in a traditional Pilates class.

Sounds challenging? Our members would agree but that doesn't stop newcomers picking up the exercises quickly and if your more experienced you'll learn something new.
